The news of the merger of 99p Stores, a long standing Futura customer, with rival Poundland, has put the spotlight firmly on the growing success of the fixed price retail model. Alongside Lifestyle and Fashion brands, this specialist retail sector has found plenty of reasons to go with Futura’s retail platform.

The UK’s newest player in this sector, Max 99p, which has plans to open 10 to 12 stores per year for the next three years, has switched to Futura’s EPOS and head office retail management software because they needed a robust solution capable of supporting the management team with timely and accurate business information and, just as importantly, one which would scale easily as the brand grows.
