Lulu Guinness, famous for its unique and quintessentially British designer handbags and accessories, has selected the Futura EPOS and retail management solution to drive further performance across its retail network including stores in London, New York and its growing international online business.
Strong web integration combined with multi-language, multi-currency support were important factors for Lulu Guinness alongside real-time centralised stock management and easy data capture to track and understand its customers.
In addition to core functionality, the company will also be rolling out Futura’s integrated e-gift card solution and Futura will also be providing links to Sage accounting and an existing warehouse management system. Futura4Analysis, an advanced reporting tool, will add in depth business intelligence, simplifying analysis and reporting to improve customer analytics.

Futura is currently assisting Lulu Guinness with rollout across all ten shops, including flagship stores on London’s Ellis Street, Burlington Arcade, Royal Exchange and in Manhattan.
