Futura4Analysis, an advanced reporting tool, will add in depth business intelligence, simplifying analysis and reporting to improve customer analytics.

“With a developing online and international store network, plus sales through leading worldwide departmental and speciality stores, the move to Futura will provide better access to real-time data and help to strengthen merchandise planning and inventory control,” explains Paul Spinks, Chief Operating Officer for Lulu Guinness.

“Futura’s strength in fashion retailing and strong web integration make it a perfect match for us. Improved customer analysis, personalised promotions and Futura’s e-gift card solution will enhance the shopping experience at Lulu Guinness.”

Futura is currently assisting Lulu Guinness with rollout across all ten shops, including flagship stores on London’s Ellis Street, Burlington Arcade, Royal Exchange and in Manhattan.
