    • A new return screen simplifies the process, letting cashiers select which items to return, speeding up transactions.
    • Option to capture return reasons, with the ability to make this mandatory.
    • Original payment method is automatically used for refunds, reducing errors and delays.
  • Charity Donations at POS
    Easily enable Pennies integration to accept charitable donations as part of a sale – supporting good causes while enhancing your brand.
  • Receipt-Based Vouchers
    Automatically print promotional vouchers on receipts (e.g., spend £20, get £5 off), including expiry dates and custom messages to explain the offer.
  • Mix & Match Promotion Logic
    Choose between best price for customer or lowest priced item discounted logic for promotions like “3 for 2”, offering greater flexibility in your promotional strategy.
  • Expanded Payment Options
    Now support AliPay, Global Blue, Zip Pay, and China Union Pay, making your store accessible to more customers.
  • Custom Prompts at Payment
    Trigger configurable message prompts (e.g., “Would you like a carrier bag?”) when pressing the payment button—perfect for upselling or reminders.
  • Discount Authorisation Levels
    Discount reasons can now be tied to different authorisation levels, giving better control over pricing decisions at the till.
  • Customer-Facing Touchscreen Input
    Easily capture email addresses at checkout using a customer-facing screen.
  • Peak Engage Integration
    Integrate with Peak Engage to offer digital store cards in Apple and Google Wallets, enable geo-fencing, and run CRM campaigns and push notifications.

 

Merchandising Enhancements

  • Item-Level VAT Control
    VAT can now be set at the individual item level, not just at product group level, offering greater flexibility and more precision.
  • View Available Stock Only
    A new “Available Stock” button shows only physically present stock, excluding items in transit.
  • Backdated Stock Corrections
    Stock corrections can now be backdated, with the correction source captured for traceability.
  • Improved IBT Handling
    New logic enables accurate delivery booking and automatically sends discrepancies for investigation.
  • Continuity Product Replenishment
    Link continuity SKUs so that if one runs out, the system auto-replenishes with its replacement.
  • Item Merge Function
    Combine two item lines for unified sales history and barcode management.
  • Cost Price Corrections
    Apply cost price updates from any chosen date—not just historically or from the current date.

 

Reporting Upgrades

  • Excel Export for All Reports
    Easily export any report or list to Excel for further analysis and sharing.
  • Granular STPS Reporting
    On-screen STPS Analysis reports now drill down to unit and variant levels.
  • New Reports Generator Module
    A powerful tool for custom report building, with filterable, sortable grids and instant Excel export. A set of pre-built reports is included.

 

General System Enhancements

  • Table-Level Logging
    Enable logging and tracking for any data table. All events are recorded in Windows Event Logs to support easier troubleshooting and diagnostics.
