Over the the Christmas period the Futura office will be Closed on the following bank holidays:
We are happy to make additional arrangements for ANY customer during the festive period. If you would like guaranteed support for hours outside of the standard hours, for example, to cover the busy weekends leading up to Christmas or late-night openings, then we will be happy to provide this cover on a temporary basis, but please be aware you must pre-arrange this with the support department to enable us to manage the staffing levels appropriately.

Calls logged by customers without pre-arrangement may not be responded to outside of our office hours.
if your business already has an out of hours support contract then you are care already covered for the Christmas period. Please note the hours covered within the out-of hours contracts are:
Out of hours contracts only cover issues that are affecting the ability to trade at the till point.
