ARIA SELECTS FUTURA TO IMPROVE ITS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

AriaFor its new purpose built contemporary lifestyle store in Islington, Aria chose Futura’s retail management system to give its customers a better shopping experience.

By replacing tills and paper receipts, Aria will be able to rapidly capture customer information at the till, allowing targeted invitations to themed customer promotions such as wine tasting evenings, book reviews and specials offers.

Sophisticated technology

Given the new, expanded range of designer products Aria needed sophisticated technology to deal with special orders. So Futura’s technology, with its ability to capture information quickly, and show and track order status and details of customer delivery dates at a glance was exactly right.

Powering the customer information, Futura’s solution gives greater accuracy in management accounts and total visibility of stock, sales figures, budgets, supplier performance and customer orders. This will help Aria to spot trends and keep the right amount of stock available and so achieve faster sell through, with lower overheads.

Strong allocation and replenishment features

Aria will be using Futura with its strong allocation and replenishment features to run all the Web, mail order and stock movements within the system to increase efficiency, give management a better overview of the entire business and gain responsive management control.
