Yes, it’s that time again; we are excited to announce Futura’s next User Group Forum for all customers, taking place early October. Your chance to catch up, discover more and swap experiences.
This is your event, designed to unveil and explain the benefits of all key developments, but also a great opportunity to meet like-minded professionals and learn more about optimising your EPOS and Retail Management platform.
If you are new to Futura it’s also an excellent way to get up to speed and to familiarise yourself with the leading lifestyle retail management solution.
Our venue is the Royal Berkshire Conference Centre at the Madejski Stadium in Reading and we are planning a packed one-day event with talks and live demonstrations, repeated over two days, either Tuesday 10th or Wednesday 11th October. Simply choose the date that works best for you. Registration is from 9.45 a.m. for a 10a.m. start.
As at previous events we offer all customers two free delegate places, with just a small charge of £95 per head for any additional delegates you wish to send. If you have other colleagues who would benefit, this is always a day well spent.
The day will include a range of presentations with live demonstrations covering new developments in the latest version of Futura and related services. There will also be plenty of time for questions and discussion, plus knowledge sharing of best practice with other Futura users.

Latest Futura version – new features and benefits to you- Omnichannel developments including in store ordering and email receipts
- Business Intelligence and reporting
- EPOS enhancements including POS audit reports and customer capture
- New in-store handheld scanner functionality
- Squirrel Loyalty – what’s different and better than previous systems
