What is FuturERS?
FuturaERS is an integrated retail management system for LifeStyle Retail. FuturERS serves all aspects of an item's lifecycle. This starts with order planning, moves on to goods received, checking of supplier invoices, allocating the goods to the branches, PC POS or TouchPOS, customer order, replenishment, inter branch transfer, integrated financial accounting, statistical analyses, and finishes with automated data exchange with the branches.
For what kind of organisational structure is FuturERS suitable?
The system's modular and scalable design allows various types of organisational structures of a company to be mapped: branch system, department stores, franchising, retail concession management (shop in shop, store or concession shop). Key operational functions of the FuturERS system can flexibly be delegated by the head office to the branches.
What additional functions does FuturERS offer?
Buyers have a professional budget planning and limit monitoring tool at their command, both online and offline on a notebook. Company-wide product management is based on the current sales and stock level data: immediate replenishment, direct inter-branch transfers or branch-specific special offers in combination with individual bonus systems and comprehensive CRM lead to a reduction in the volume of price reductions and an increased rate of stock turnover. FuturERS supports special functions such as size/colour variants, gift card, gift vouchers, returns, document-related cancellations, automatic workflow control, fingerprint, etc. The flexible design of the user interface makes the comprehensive functionality easy to use.
What reporting features does FuturERS offer?
The Data Warehouse provides company-wide performance data, produces trend analyses and helps you to analyse deviations (target/actual data) at the click of the mouse. The management information system (MIS) supplies top-down analyses so that all product movements can be traced down to the item level. Product trend analyses, branch trends, market basket analyses, determination of "best and worst sellers", STPS (short term profit statement), comparative analyses, extrapolations and a large number of customized analyses are available.
How can FuturERS be integrated into an existing IT architecture?
Various interfaces, e.g. to accounting systems, web shops, etc., and connections to peripheral units such as scanners and credit card terminals are available. Integration with typical ERP systems ensures absolute data transparency from the sales transaction at the POS, via automatic replenishment up to assortment and production planning.
