The history of Bogner begins 72 years ago: with passion for fashion and sport. The successfull skier Willy Bogner senior established the ski distribution of the same name in 1932. Together with his later wife Maria he designed and produced sports fashion. When he participated in the Olympic Winter Games in Garmisch-Partenkirchen in 1936, the entire German team appeared in Bogner for the first time. To this day, successfull ski athletes are outfitted by Bogner.

From the piste to the catwalk

Willy Bogner junior is a passionate skier like his father. After attaining Olympic success, he soon made a name for himself as a director for ski shots in action films such as the james Bond films. After the death of his fahter he took over the management of the fashion group in 1977 with his wife Sonja. Meanwhile, the company has moved beyond the piste to conquer the world of international fashion and lifestyle with various collections, perfumes, jewellery and accessiores, amongst other things
