Smart – by checking captured data 

Scan your data on the move and check the data immediately against your FuturERS reference data. This function makes “cut off” EAN codes when capturing your data a thing of the past. The mobile Futura4Scan databases allow checks to be made without time-consuming online queries as the data is stored locally on the mobile unit. 

In all Futura4Scan functions data records already captured can conveniently be checked before synchronising them with your retail management system. Delete erroneously captured data, correct EAN numbers or product quantities or capture additional data records. 

Smart – due to acoustic signalling devices 

Futura4Scan assists you in your everyday work, especially when capturing data using several mobile units at the same time. Set up individual sound profiles for each user of Futura4Scan. This function reliably rules out confusion with data collected by others. Avoid misunderstandings and benefit from our acoustic user profiles. 

Smart – due to “green spots“ 

Futura4Scan supports the checking function provided by units with green spot feature. When the data record check yields a positive result a “green spot” is projected onto the barcode. This way the user is not only informed by an audible tone that the data record has been captured correctly but also by a visual signal.
