Definition, display and execution of current tasks 

The user-specific Task List has been integrated into the Navigator interface so that the tasks to be carried out are always visible on screen and can be directly processed. 

Tasks make it possible to use customized selections for the FuturERS data sources. The user can select which values are to be displayed. sources. The user can select which values are to be displayed.

The tasks on hand are processed in conjunction with the workflow rules. Data records are included into or removed from the Task List by means of status changes, etc..

Workflow - Management 

The workflow rules are rules for event-controlled activities on documents carried out if certain conditions are fulfilled (fully automatic process). 

The implemented workflow elements afford the following benefits: 

 Event-controlled and rule-based modification of data. 

 Automatic allocation of documents to staff groups, based on rules. Automatic dispatching of e-mails controlled by defined data field contents. 

 Rule-based calling of functions for further data processing (export, printing, etc.). 

 Integration of user exists for further external processing. 

 User guidance can be implemented in combination with the Task View display.
