Customer order processing involves registration of offers, customer orders, delivery notes, invoices and summary invoices to customers.These are passed on to the head office where they are available for commissioning and delivery if required.Customer order processing can be used throughout the company.Due to the integrated eCommerce interface, data from an internet shop can also be processed. 

Commissioning allows you to order the goods for the customer and then arrange for pickup at a customer order stockroom or direct delivery to the customer.
